Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister and National Conference president Farooq Abdullah has suggested that India and Pakistan accept present realities and start a dialogue process to give “maximum autonomy to both parts of Kashmir”, adding that is the only solution to the “present Kashmir mess”.
