According to the IMD, the country is likely to experience a warmer-than-average March. In most parts of the northern and central regions, the temperatures during the day will remain between 23-38°C with some areas experiencing an increase of 2-4°C above the normal temperatures due to the lack of cloud formation and rainfall.
According to the India Meteorological Department, western disturbances along with moisture from the Bay of Bengal may impact the weather in northern and eastern states.
