It is very common nowadays for individuals to feel mentally exhausted, distracted, and stressed due to excessive screen time, workload, and fast pace. Observing, on the other hand, is one of the most efficient methods which can bring relaxation and peace into your life. Observing refers to focusing and being aware of your environment, thoughts, or actions. Observing is a very effective method to improve concentration, decrease stress, and calm down your mind. The greatest advantage of such activities is the amount of time needed to perform them – only five minutes. Such practices are very convenient because you can easily conduct them no matter if you are at home, work, or outdoors.

Notice Your Breathing
A very simple method of observation is noticing one’s breathing. Sit down somewhere quietly and concentrate on every breath that you make. Feel the way the air enters and leaves your body. You are not supposed to modify your breathing; just watch it carefully for five minutes. Such observation aids relaxation and eliminates anxiety.It also helps you concentrate on being in the moment rather than thinking of the past or future.
Observe Nature Around You
A few minutes of watching nature can immediately make your mind fresh. It can be anything in the sky or on the ground, like clouds, trees, birds, or even just the greens around.
