VIDEO SHOWS: RUBEN AMORIM PRESS CONFERENCE AHEAD OF MANCHESTER UNITED'S PREMIER LEAGUE MATCH AWAY TO CRYSTAL PALACE RESENDING WITH COMPLETE SCRIPT SHOWS: MANCHESTER, ENGLAND, UNITED KINGDOM (NOVEMBER 28, 2025) (MUTV – Do not obscure logo. No resales. Editorial use only.) 1. (SOUNDBITE) (English) RUBEN AMORIM, MANCHESTER UNITED MANAGER, SAYING:     "(Benjamin) Sesko is going to take a little bit more time. Harry (Maguire) the same. I expect to have Matheus (Cunha) the next game, not this one in the next one. Not this one." 2. WHITE FLASH 3. (SOUNDBITE) (English) RUBEN AMORIM, MANCHESTER UNITED MANAGER, SAYING:     "If I look at the games, we should have more points, and because we had control of some games, we had the advantage in some games, and we lost that control. So, if I look at our games, we should have more points and that is really disappointing and really frustrating, especially the last game."  4. WHITE FLASH 5. (SOUNDBITE) (English) RUBEN AMORIM, MANCHESTER UNITED MANAGER, SAYING:     "But the process needs to continue and we need to go for the next game and we need to understand that especially in our league this year, everything can change really fast. So, let's go again and focus on the next one." 6. WHITE FLASH 7. (SOUNDBITE) (English) RUBEN AMORIM, MANCHESTER UNITED MANAGER, SAYING:     "So, we have to feel that urgency of winning games. We know what happened around the club if we don't win games. So, if we know that, let's do everything in the right way. But again, we lost that one, we cannot change that, let's focus on the next one." 8. WHITE FLASH 9. (SOUNDBITE) (English) RUBEN AMORIM, MANCHESTER UNITED MANAGER, SAYING:     "Then I felt during this year that when we play at home, the intensity was higher, and I felt in this game at home (on Monday), the intensity was not at the same level. So, I think it's something that we need to work on. So, it's hard to point to one thing why we are not winning away. There are a lot of issues we are improving, like I said, we have the advantage in the away games. We need to know how to finish the games in order to win." STORY: Manchester United will be without Matheus Cunha for their Premier League trip to Crystal Palace on Sunday (November 30), another setback for boss Ruben Amorim whose forward's explosive creativity was sorely missing in Monday's 1-0 loss to Everton.     The Brazilian, who picked up a knock in training ahead of the Everton clash, is sidelined along with striker Benjamin Sesko and defender Harry Maguire.     United are 10th on 18 points, but just two points behind fifth-placed Palace.     Despite a five-game unbeaten run prior to Monday, Amorim is not satisfied.     Amorim had said after Monday's loss that his team was nowhere near the level they should be at.     United have just one away win in their last 11 matches.
