The UFC’s White House event stands as one of the most ambitious projects in the promotion’s history, but Dana White has made it clear that the spectacle will remain a one-time occasion. The UFC CEO has also previously ruled out repeating the promotion’s groundbreaking event at the Sphere in Las Vegas, making both cards unique moments in the company’s history.
Still, White isn’t ruling out another major production in the future. While he does not expect the next project to match the scale of the White House event, he revealed that the UFC’s head of production has already pitched an idea for another ambitious show. White is now working to turn that concept from an idea into reality.
Dana White Hints At Next UFC Mega-Event After White House Event
Dana White has revealed that the UFC is already working on another ambitious event following its recent landmark shows at the Sphere in Las Vegas and the White House in Washington, D.C. Speaking on The Pat McAfee Show, the UFC CEO said executive producer Craig Borsari had pitched a new concept that immediately caught his attention, although more planning is still needed. “We are talking about something right now that Craig Borsari came up with. I love it. I have to do some more ground work on it.”
White suggested the proposed event could follow the UFC’s recent trend of staging major one-off spectacles designed to attract a huge global audience. The promotion has enjoyed increased interest in its events, with the White House card helping drive record levels of online attention for UFC in June 2026. However, White has yet to reveal exactly what Borsari has envisioned or where the event could take place.
Offering a little more insight, White praised Borsari’s creativity and said the project would require significant effort to bring together. “Cocky Craig Borsari actually came to me with an incredible idea that is another one of these massive [shows],” said White, using a nickname for Borsari, who was instrumental in UFC Freedom 250 at the White House. “Yeah, it’s going to be a lot of work and a lot of ingenuity to pull off, and I absolutely love it, so I’m working on that right now.” White did confirm one detail when asked whether the event would be held outside the United States: “No.”
UFC White House Event Came With A Massive Price Tag
UFC Freedom 250 at the White House represented an unprecedented financial gamble for the promotion. The June event reportedly cost around $60 million to stage, while TKO Group Holdings ultimately took an estimated $30 million loss. Despite the sizeable hit, the financial numbers alone do not capture the wider impact of the historic event.
The card generated huge international attention and introduced the UFC to audiences beyond its usual MMA fanbase. TKO executives estimated the event delivered around $1 billion in earned media value and helped create opportunities for future commercial partnerships. The scale of public interest was also striking, with roughly 60,000 fans attending the weigh-ins and close to 200,000 people gathering around the White House grounds over two days, despite limited access to the actual event.
