The proposed move is understood to be a loan, with Trabzonspor offering Nunez the chance to return to European football and compete in the Turkish Super Lig and continental competitions.
Nunez has seen his role at Al-Hilal diminish, particularly after the arrival of Real Madrid legend Karim Benzema. The former Liverpool star’s market value has also reportedly fallen from around €35 million to approximately €20 million over the past year.
