England vs Pakistan 3rd Test Day 2 LIVE Streaming: England finished Day 1 in a strong position after bowling Pakistan out for just 133 runs before reaching 156/4 at stumps. The hosts therefore take a 23-run lead into Day 2, with Harry Brook unbeaten on 52 and Dan Lawrence not out on 5.

Pakistan’s batting once again struggled against England’s pace attack. Josh Tongue was the standout bowler with 4/42, while Ollie Robinson and Jofra Archer claimed three wickets each. Pakistan lost their top four inside the first hour and were eventually bowled out for 133 in 33.5 overs.

Saud Shakeel offered some resistance with a team-high 43, while Mohammad Abbas added 21. However, Pakistan’s top five batters were all dismissed for single-digit scores, leaving their bowlers with a difficult task later in the day.

England also endured an early wobble after losing Ben Duckett, Jordan Cox and captain Joe Root cheaply. The hosts were reduced to 39/3 before Emilio Gay and Harry Brook produced a crucial partnership.

Gay scored a patient 60 off 114 balls, registering his highest Test score before being dismissed by debutant Razaullah for 60. Brook then continued his impressive innings and reached his 20th Test half-century, remaining unbeaten on 52 at stumps.

Razaullah was one of the positives for Pakistan on an otherwise difficult opening day. The slingy pacer consistently bowled at around 140 kmph and claimed his maiden Test wicket by dismissing England captain Joe Root before returning later to remove Gay.

England will now look to turn their 23-run advantage into a substantial first-innings lead on Day 2. Pakistan, meanwhile, desperately need early wickets when play resumes to prevent England from taking complete control of the Test.
