He reportedly told officers that alcohol played a role, claiming they had consumed around two to three shots each.
Manderson allegedly told police she had little memory of what happened and acknowledged that she had consumed alcohol. Authorities said there was no indication that either person’s drinks had been tampered with. Bailey and Manderson were taken into custody and charged with exposure of sexual organs, a misdemeanor. Manderson’s attorney, Evan Hoffman, released a statement asking for privacy while noting that the legal team was reviewing the case and potential defenses. “My office is exploring the events and the legality of the case.
