According to Cricbuzz, the Men in Blue notably have the worst catching efficiency among all the Super 8 sides, maintaining only of 71%, dropping a shocking 13 catches. It has led the fans to declare the defending champions as a poor fielding side.

The left-handed batter shelled one off Roston Chase's bowling in the fifth over of the innings at the cover region. Abhishek had fluffed one more opportunity in the 19th over when Rovman Powell mistimed one while running in from deep mid-wicket. Tilak Varma had dropped one off Sherfane Rutherford's bat in the deep mid-wicket region while trying to take it above his head.
