India vs Australia, FIH Pro League 2026 Hobart Leg Final Match: Live Streaming, Preview, When, Where To Watch
After a winless run at the Rourkela leg of the ongoing FIH Pro League 2026, India hoped to turn things around in Hobart. However, they are still winless after four matches, and now it all comes down to the final match at Tasmania Hockey Centre on February 25, where the Hardik Singh-led side will take on unbeaten Australia.
India are coming off seven consecutive defeats across the Rourkela and Hobart legs. On home soil, the hosts faced Belgium and Argentina and endured one of their most embarrassing outings, including a historic and humiliating 0-8 loss to Argentina.
They conceded 19 goals while scoring only five and ended the leg with no points.
Nevertheless, the team hoped for a change in Hobart, facing Spain and Australia under new captain Hardik Singh, as Harmanpreet Singh was rested due to personal reasons. However, Craig Fulton’s side suffered back-to-back shootout losses.
Against Spain, they suffered a 0-2 loss in the opener. In the second game against Australia, the Men in Blue maintained a 2-0 lead, but Joel Rintala’s late brace levelled the match, handing India their first point of the league.
One last time in Hobart! 🙌
