Jannik Sinner and Alexander Zverev are set to face off in the semi-finals of the Monte-Carlo Masters 2026 on April 11, in what promises to be another high-stakes encounter between two of the most in-form players on the ATP Tour. This match marks their third consecutive Masters 1000 semi-final meeting in 2026, following their previous clashes at Indian Wells and Miami. The match will take place at the Court Rainier III at the Monte-Carlo Country Club. Check the live streaming details below.

Sinner comes into this semi-final after completing the Sunshine Double. The World No.2 is currently on a 20-match winning streak at the Masters 1000 level, with titles in Paris (2025), Indian Wells (2026), and Miami (2026). He reached the semis in Monte-Carlo with 6-3, 6-4 victory over Felix Auger-Aliassime.

The Italian has been nearly unstoppable, becoming only the fourth player in history to record a 20+ match winning streak at Masters 1000 events, joining legends like Novak Djokovic, Roger Federer, and Rafael Nadal. However, his streak of 37 consecutive sets won at this level ended in the Round of 16 against Tomas Machac.

Sinner began his clay season in emphatic fashion, dismantling Ugo Humbert 6-3, 6-0, where he conceded just six points in the second set. With a potential World No.1 ranking within reach, a title here would guarantee his rise to the top.

On the other side, Zverev has quietly built his way into the semi-finals. This marks his third Monte-Carlo Masters semi-final appearance. In his opening clay match in nearly a year, he pulled off a comeback from 2–5 down in the deciding set against Cristian Garin, saving three break points in a tense finish to win 4–6, 6–4, 7–5.

He followed that with a 6–2, 7–5 win over Zizuo Bergs. In the quarterfinals, Zverev ended the impressive run of a 19-year-old Joao Fonseca of Brazil in a 2-hour 40-minute battle, winning 7–5, 6–7(3), 6–3. With this run, Zverev became only the sixth player in history to reach the semi-finals of the season’s first three Masters 1000 events, Indian Wells, Miami, and Monte-Carlo, joining an elite group that includes Andy Murray and the legendary Big Three.
