According to reports from Sky Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio and other Italian sources, Juventus FC are discussing a season-long loan for Vicario with an option to make the move permanent. Negotiations with Tottenham are reportedly progressing, while the goalkeeper’s representative is already in Turin as both clubs look to reach an agreement.
Vicario has also reportedly approved a return to Serie A. The 29-year-old moved to Tottenham from Empoli in 2023 for around €20 million after establishing himself as one of Italy’s promising goalkeepers.
The proposed deal would give Juventus an experienced option between the posts without requiring an immediate permanent investment. The club are keen to strengthen the position before their competitive campaign begins.
