Atalanta, meanwhile, arrive as slight favourites. Although they suffered a 2-1 loss to Sassuolo recently, Raffaele Palladino’s men are buoyed by a 4-1 victory over Borussia Dortmund that secured their place in the Champions League Round of 16.
Adding to Lazio’s concerns, Atalanta claimed a 2-0 win at the same venue just two weeks ago. They have also lost only one of their last five meetings against Lazio, recording two wins and two draws in that run.
