The Monaco Grand Prix 2026 will be remembered for its disintegrating track surface, a 40-minute red flag, and the collapse of three major contenders, Max Verstappen, Charles Leclerc, and Lando Norris, but the post-race celebrations offered a glamorous, viral distraction, proving the fact that love is in the air. Amid the champagne showers and historic celebrations of the race winner Kimi Antonelli, Ferrari’s Lewis Hamilton, who secured P2, stole the attention by sending a flying kiss to reality TV megastar Kim Kardashian, his new girlfriend.

Standing on the Monte Carlo podium after securing a hard-fought second-place finish ahead of Isack Hadjar, Hamilton locked eyes with Kardashian in the VIP paddock area below. As the SKIMS founder recorded the trophy presentations on her phone, the 41-year-old British driver flashed a bright smile and blew a flying kiss directly toward her.

From Instagram Official to the Glamour of the F1 Paddock – Lewis Hamilton And Kim Kardashian’s Love Story

The interaction comes just days after the couple reportedly made their relationship “Instagram official,” following months of intense media speculation. Kardashian, who arrived in Monte Carlo on Friday alongside her sister Khloe Kardashian and family friend Simon Huck, was making her very first appearance in the Formula 1 paddock since the pair began dating in early February. They were also spotted at the Japanese Grand Prix but only via fan videos and paparazzi snapshots walking arm-in-arm through the streets of Tokyo, as she did not attend the actual race weekend at Suzuka.

The 45-year-old watched the race from the Ferrari garage as Hamilton survived a chaotic 78-lap street race. Despite managing a pre-race five-second pit lane speeding penalty, the same software-induced infraction that ruined his Mercedes’ George Russell’s afternoon, Hamilton managed to secure his 8th podium finish in Monaco, matching the record of Ayrton Senna.

Is Kim Kardashian A Lucky Charm For Lewis Hamilton?

Kardashian’s maiden F1 appearance proved to be a lucky charm for the seven-time World Champion. The podium result marks Hamilton’s best finish since joining Scuderia Ferrari at the start of the 2026 season, building on his previous top-three appearances in China and Canada.

As the Formula 1 2026 season prepares to head deeper into the European leg of the calendar, the blossoming romance between Hollywood royalty and motorsport’s most decorated driver is fast becoming the biggest off-track topic of discussion of the year.
