Ballot counting wrapped up late last night at Valdebebas, with Florentino Perez sweeping the polls at every level and at each polling station. The final results showed Perez clinching 21,741 in-person and mail-in votes, or an impressive 65% of the total cast.
Perez’s main opponent, Enrique Riquelme, gathered 11,814 votes for 35% of the total.
