He threw the javelin 79.07 metres during the recent Federation Cup in Ranchi in 2026. With this throw, he missed out on qualifying for the Commonwealth Games. Sachin would aim to go past the 82.61 metres and qualify for the Commonwealth Games. With a personal best of 86.27 metres, the Indian Javelin thrower enters as the eighth-best in tonight’s Diamond League.
