Hundreds of students gather at Jantar Mantar, seeking the resignation of the Education Minister of India, Dharmendra Pradhan, after several major controversies, including the paper leak of the NEET UG competitive exam.
Since the Delhi protest, led by environmentalist Sonam Wangchuk, unfolded, several Indian celebrities voiced their support for students. Fans of Delhi boy Virat Kohli perhaps also expected the same from their idol, but nothing as such has happened. The comment section was filled with critical remarks about Kohli, as many students expected him to take a stand for the Delhi protest. However, it remains uncertain if the RCB icon has any plans to visit Jantar Mantar.

When will Virat Kohli play next?
After missing the home series against Afghanistan following the IPL 2026, Virat Kohli returned to action against England and struck back-to-back half-centuries. However, India ended up losing the three-match series despite triumphing in the series opener on English soil. Kohli, who has already retired from Tests and T20Is, will don the Blue jersey again in September, when India face the West Indies in a three-match ODI series.
