The WWE Raw episode dated March 16 was held at the Frost Bank Centre in San Antonio, Texas. The show saw big appearances from Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns, as well as fierce confrontations between CM Punk and Seth Rollins.
The program provided two title bouts, various backstage developments, and tensions building up towards WrestleMania. The beginning of the show featured Rollins revealing ‘The Vision’ to the masked men, plus Rollins speech about his resolve to be the one to destroy it, as well as a big-time warning for anyone with Paul Heyman. Heyman arrived and confronted Rollins before walking him off with a threat of consequences if he continues.
Not long after, Lesnar showed up, and while Rollins fled, the masked bodies got broken down by Lesnar with several German suplexes and an F-5, followed by the confrontation with Rollins. However, the lights went out in the arena, and Oba Femi came out.
Femi laid a Fall From Grace on Lesnar, then he was pointing at the WrestleMania sign in essence accepting Lesnar’s challenge that was left open. WWE later confirmed Lesnar vs Oba Femi for WrestleMania. The segment also hinted at a Lesnar vs Rollins backup storyline.

Match Results Real El Grande Americano vs Original El Grande Americano
A lot of the match was dominated through illegal outside help by Bravo and Rayo. Bravo in fact slipped the steel plate inside the Real Americano mask without anyone seeing it. So Original El Grande Americano went for a flying headbutt but met the reinforced mask and was immediately rolled up for the pin. Winner: Real El Grande Americano

Grade: C+ Women’s Intercontinental Championship
AJ Lee (c) vs Bayley AJ Lee put on an impressive performance in her first RAW match since 2015, as she successfully defended her title by making Bayley give up to the Black Widow.
Furthermore, Becky Lynch came out of nowhere after the match, and she pretty much went berserk on Lee as she pummeled her, kept on slamming her against the barricade, and even hit her with the championship belt. Winner & Still Champion: AJ Lee

Intercontinental Championship Penta (c) vs Dragon Lee
Penta threw out a dare that only Dragon Lee could take up. What the two delivered was a super-charged lucha style bout, with the final ending with Penta throwing down a Mexican Destroyer to keep the belt. Winner & Still Champion: Penta
Maxxine Dupri vs Natalya
Natalya dominated the final stages of the bout and finished it off with the Sharpshooter, making Dupri surrender.

Stephanie Vaquer vs Raquel Rodriguez
The interference of Liv Morgan outside the ring resulted in disorder. Iyo Sky came for a moment to confront Morgan, but Rodriguez was the one to control the match when Vaquer caught her off balance and managed to roll-up for the win.

Roman Reigns and CM Punk Deliver Explosive Promo
The highlight was a speech Roman Reigns made to CM Punk after Punk had a lot of negative things to say about his family. Reigns ridiculed Punk for stating that RAW was his show and was adamant that it was still the Tribal Chiefs’ property.
Punk responded with a series of insults and mind games, telling Reigns that he was only able to act tough because of his family. The argument took on a new level of intensity when Punk decided to punch Reigns down. Before things got out of hand, the security personnel intervened immediately.
Segment Grade: A
WWE is still in the process of creating the feeling of hero vs. villain that will result in a match between Reigns vs. Punk at WrestleMania.
Roman Reigns, Jimmy Uso, and Jey Uso had a conversation about the words that Punk said regarding their family. Randy Orton is in the mood for more details about his recent betrayal of Cody Rhodes and says that more information will be revealed at SmackDown.
