Where to Watch Apple Event 2026 in Australia?
Apple has confirmed that Australian viewers can watch the event through its official channels.
Apple Website
The easiest option is Apple’s official Events page. The Australian Apple website currently displays the “Surprise and shine” event and directs viewers to watch online.
Apple TV App
The event will also be available through the Apple TV app. Users can watch the keynote on compatible Apple devices and supported platforms.
YouTube Live
Apple’s event livestream is also expected to be available on its official YouTube channel. Recent coverage confirms Apple is streaming the September 9 event through Apple’s website, Apple TV, and YouTube.
What Could Apple Announce?
The biggest focus is expected to be Apple’s next-generation iPhone lineup. Reports suggest the company could introduce the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max during the event.
Apple is also widely expected to reveal its first foldable iPhone, although the company has not officially confirmed the product ahead of the event. Reports have referred to the device using names such as iPhone Ultra or iPhone Duo.
Other possible announcements include new Apple Watch models and AirPods. These products remain part of the reported expectations rather than confirmed announcements.
Will the Standard iPhone 18 Launch?
The standard iPhone 18 could be absent from the September event, according to recent reports. Apple may instead focus on its premium models, including the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, while launching lower-priced models at a later date.
Therefore, Australian viewers should wait for Apple’s official announcements before treating any reported launch schedule as final.
First Major Apple Event Under John Ternus
The September event is also significant because it is expected to be the first major Apple product keynote under new CEO John Ternus.
Ternus became Apple CEO on September 1, 2026, succeeding Tim Cook. The “Surprise and shine” presentation therefore marks an important new chapter for Apple as the company showcases its latest products under its new leadership.
