CBSE Date Sheet 2027: What Documents Are Required?
Students generally do not need to submit separate documents just to download the date sheet PDF. The timetable is made available publicly once CBSE releases it.
However, students should keep their important examination documents ready for the board examination, including:
- CBSE admit card
- School identity card, where applicable
- Required examination documents mentioned by CBSE
- Any permitted document specifically mentioned in the admit card or official instructions
Regular students should also collect their admit cards from their respective schools when CBSE releases them. In the previous examination cycle, regular candidates received their admit cards through their schools, while private candidates could access them through the CBSE portal.
What To Do After Downloading CBSE Date Sheet 2027?
After downloading the timetable, students should first verify every examination date and subject code.
Next, create a subject-wise revision plan according to the gaps between papers. Students can use longer gaps to revise difficult subjects, solve previous-year question papers, and complete mock tests.
It is also advisable to keep a printed copy of the official date sheet and save the PDF on a phone or computer.
Most importantly, students should continue checking CBSE’s official website for any subsequent changes or revised examination notices.
What If Your CBSE Admit Card Is Missing?
If a regular Class 10 or Class 12 student does not receive the admit card, the first step should be to contact the school immediately.
Regular students generally receive their CBSE admit cards through their schools rather than downloading them independently.
Students should not wait until the examination day if the admit card is missing or contains an error. Ask the school administration to verify the candidate’s details and resolve the issue with CBSE wherever required.
Check important details such as:
- Candidate name
- Roll number
- School details
- Examination centre
- Subject names
- Examination dates
- Photograph and other candidate details
If any information is incorrect, report it to the school immediately.

The official date sheet will contain important information such as the exam date, day, subject name, subject code, and examination-related instructions.
