The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the CSIR UGC NET June 2026 admit card on its official website, csirnet.nta.nic.in. Candidates appearing for the examination scheduled on July 17 and 18 can now download their hall tickets using their application number and password. The admit card contains important information, including the exam centre, reporting time, exam shift, and exam-day instructions.
When Will The CSIR UGC NET June 2026 Exam Be Held?
The examination will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode on July 17 and July 18, 2026.
July 17 Exam Schedule
•   Life Sciences: 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
•   Mathematical Sciences: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
July 18 Exam Schedule
•   Chemical Sciences: 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
•   Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences: 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
•   Physical Sciences: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
What Is The Exam Conducted For?
The CSIR UGC NET examination is conducted to determine candidates’ eligibility for:
•   Junior Research Fellowship (JRF)
•   Assistant Professor
•   PhD admission
•   A combination of these, depending on the option selected during registration
