Rangbhari Ekadashi 2026: The fast of Rangbhari Ekadashi, also known as Amalaki Ekadashi, is being observed today, February 27, 2026. Rangbhari Ekadashi falls on the Ekadashi of the Shukla Paksha in the month of Phalguna. It is not just a religious festival, but a beautiful blend of faith and celebration. The festival is celebrated with great enthusiasm, especially in Varanasi.

On this day, devotees offer colors and gulal to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati to celebrate their divine union. It is believed that after their marriage, Goddess Parvati visited Kashi for the first time with Lord Shiva on this day. Therefore, the festival is also seen as a symbol of the love between Shiva and Shakti.
