    Today’s Weather Updates – 08 August 2026

New Delhi is expected to record a maximum temperature of 33°C and a minimum of 28°C today, Saturday, August 8, 2026, as monsoon conditions remain active across the capital. The city could see light rain, thunderstorms and cloudy skies at intervals throughout the day.

At present, the temperature stands at around 27°C, while the high humidity makes it feel closer to 32°C. Humidity levels are around 94%, with winds blowing from the northeast at nearly 5 mph. Delhi’s air quality remains in the Satisfactory category.

    Delhi Weather Forecast

Cloudy conditions and intermittent monsoon showers are likely to continue through the day. The weather comes after heavy rainfall earlier this week that caused waterlogging and traffic disruptions in several parts of the city.

    Travel Advisory

Commuters should remain cautious while travelling, as some roads could continue to experience waterlogging and slow-moving traffic following recent heavy showers. Checking traffic and route conditions before leaving is advisable.

    High Humidity in Delhi

Despite the maximum temperature remaining around 33°C, high humidity could make conditions feel considerably hotter. The real-feel temperature may climb to around 42°C-43°C during the hottest part of the day, making outdoor activities uncomfortable.
