UPSC CSE Mains 2026 Exam Day Guidelines
Candidates should reach the examination centre before the reporting time and carry their admit card and valid photo ID. Mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators and other electronic devices are not permitted inside the examination hall. The UPSC CSE Mains examination comprises nine descriptive papers carrying 1,750 marks, followed by a Personality Test carrying 275 marks.
