The West Bengal WB HS 12th results are out on May 14, 2026. Along with the results, the board released the West Bengal 12th toppers list 2026. Among the toppers is Adrito Pal who secured rank 1 by obtaining 496 marks out of 500 with an impressive pass percentage of 99.2% in the WB 12th board exams. Adrito is followed by Jishnu Kundu, Ritabrata Nath and Aitihya Pachhal who scored 495 marks. Several students have also shared the third rank with impressive scores of 494 marks. The board conducted the WB HS exams from February 12 to 27, 2026. As many as 6.35 lakh students had enrolled for the exam. Out of which only 6.26 lakh appeared in the exam. Around 5.71 students have successfully qualified the WB HS 2026 exams.
WB HS Result 2026: Girls Outperformed Boys in West Bengal Class 12 Result 2026
The overall pass percentage stands at 91.23%. In which female candidates have once again outperformed boys in the West Bengal HS exams by scoring the percentage of 92.47%. While boys got only 89.71% . Among the districts, Purba Medinipur emerged as the top performer in the exams with an impressive percentage of 94.19%. Reports said the board exam were conducted across 2100 exam centres located in different parts of the state.
