Among several predictions, he mentioned floods and homes being submerged by water.
The video has attracted renewed attention because Nepal was subsequently hit by a deadly flood disaster.
What Did The Pastor Say About Nepal Floods?
In the video, shared on June 12, Pastor Perez Ndi claimed he was seeing floods in Nepal and urged people to pray for the country. He also spoke about several other alleged future events, including forest fires, earthquakes, political unrest and illness.
At one point in the video, he said he could see water and houses being buried under it in Nepal. The clip has since circulated widely across social media platforms, with users debating whether the remarks can be considered a prediction of the later disaster.
Nepal Flash Floods Kill Hundreds
The video resurfaced after catastrophic flooding hit Nepal’s Rasuwa district on August 26. According to reports cited in the original account, the disaster killed more than 1,000 people, with deaths reported on both sides of the Nepal-China border. Thousands of people were also reported missing. The United States Geological Survey said the flooding was triggered by a glacial collapse. Reports indicated that there was no rainfall in the immediate area when the disaster occurred, leaving residents with little warning.

The pastor’s video has generated strong reactions online, particularly because it was uploaded more than two months before the deadly flood. Several users described the apparent similarity between the statement and the later disaster as shocking, while others urged people to continue praying for Nepal.
