The tragic attack on tourist in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir has claimed the life of Tagehalying. He is an employee of the Indian Air Force, who died while on a visit to Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir. He was accompanied by his wife, who is now senseless after seeing his body and has been admitted in local hospital, as per family members.
Speaking to TDG over the phone, his sister Rubu revealed that the family is now making arrangements to bring his body back to their hometown, Ziro, in Arunachal Pradesh. “Our sister in law is already senseless upon seeing the body. We are trying to bring him back to Ziro to our ancestral home,” added her sister. The couple had married just a year back and they had gone for a personal visit to Pahalgam. Tagehalying was posted in Jammu and Kashmir along with his brother who serves in the Indian Army. He had been with his wife at Pahalgam for a vacation.
TDG spoke to his brother who further stated that the priority for the family now is to bring him back to Arunachal.
The news has sent shockwaves through the local community, with friends and neighbors expressing grief over the sudden loss.
