Two more witnesses showed up in the JPMorgan sex abuse case in the refiled legal suit by a former JPMorgan Chase banker, Chirayu Rana, against Lorna Hajdini on the Manhattan Supreme Court docket on Monday, May 4.

The latest filing includes the testimony of a family friend who claims to have witnessed the intoxicated behaviour of Hajdini. This incident reportedly took place in a New York City apartment where Rana was invited for a threesome.

Eye Witnesses’ Shocking Claims in JPMorgan Sex Abuse Case

Rana’s friend stated in the document that he was woken up by Hajdini in the middle of the night. The witness also mentioned that a “completely naked” Hajdini woke him while he was sleeping on the couch.

She lit a cigarette and asked Rana to “join them” in the bedroom. When Rana refused, Hajdini allegedly told him, “You know I own [redacted], so you better come join.”

The man further claimed that after she returned to the bedroom, he could hear Rana pleading, “No, no, no, you have to leave. I’m not going to do this. Please stop.”

Thereafter, Hajdini left the apartment, and a stunned Rana emerged. The witness then claimed that Rana shared how Hajdini had involved him in sexual behaviour on multiple occasions.

Rana also shared how Hajdini allegedly blackmailed him and put him in trouble if he refused to comply.

The witness also claimed that Hajdini was “handsy” with Rana at a concert for Norwegian DJ Kygo at Barclays Center earlier that month.

Hajdini Kissed Rana’s Neck: Witness

Another witness, possibly the owner of the apartment where the family friend was staying, claimed he saw Hajdini kissing Rana’s neck on the street. This incident was reportedly from the summer of 2024.

The witness also claimed that in September 2024, she overheard them entering her apartment building when Hajdini said something like, “I own you, Brownie.”

Events Left Him with PTSD: Rana

Rana also stated in other exhibits that he had to proceed anonymously, as the alleged events left him with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). He also shared a letter from Jonathan Alpert, an executive psychotherapist, who claims to confirm his PTSD diagnosis.

Rana also cited a June 2025 email to Alpert, claiming that he had not slept in weeks and was unable to eat. “I feared for my own and my family’s safety,” Rana said.

Hajdini Refutes Claims

Hajdini issued a statement through her lawyer, claiming that she was never engaged in any inappropriate conduct with Rana.

The lawyer’s statement reads, “She has never engaged in any inappropriate conduct with this individual of any kind and has never even been to the location where the alleged sexual assault supposedly took place.”

JPMorgan Chase also denied these allegations, stating that an investigation was carried out and no evidence was found to support the claims.

A spokesperson for JPMorgan said there is no merit to these claims. The spokesperson further stated that many employees cooperated with the investigation, including Hajdini, but Rana declined to provide facts that would support his allegations.
