LONDON, Oct 17 (Reuters) – Angola plans to load 34 crude oil cargoes in December, a preliminary loading programme circulated on Friday shows. That compares with 36 cargoes scheduled to load in November. On a daily basis, loadings in December will reach 1.06 million barrels per day, the schedule indicates.
