Brazil's central government posts smaller-than-expected primary deficit in August

BRASILIA, Sept 29 (Reuters) – Brazil's central government recorded a primary budget deficit of 15.564 billion reais ($2.93 billion) in August, according to Treasury figures released on Monday.
