Jeffrey Epstein Case Latest News: Anthropic CEO’s Wife Cami Clark’s Past Business Emails With Disgraced Financier Resurface Online
American publication The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) recently published a scathing exposé about Cami Clark, who’s married to the CEO and co-founder of Anthropic Dario Amodei. The report features resurfaced email exchanges between Cami Clark and disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein that date back to 2011 and 2012 (when she wasn’t married to Modei).
In March 2011, literary agent John Brockman introduced Clark and her business partner, Michelle Capocefalo, to Epstein. Brockman suggested they meet for dinner in Los Angeles to discuss fundraising. At the time, Clark & Capocefalo were both seeking investors for Eddice, a women-focused adult content platform.
Clark described the venture as a “revolutionary porn company” & pitched it to Epstein via emails. “We have the free luxury porn company. Does that ring a bell?”, one shocking email from her read. The disgraced financier ultimately declined to invest & later on, Clark pitched a separate women’s social dieting app for investment to him, which was also rejected.
Who is Cami Clark?
Camilla Clark is an American tech businesswoman and the wife of Dario Amodei, the CEO and co-founder of the major artificial intelligence (AI) company Anthropic. In 2011, Clark co-founded an adult entertainment startup named Eddice, with Michelle Capocefalo, which later shut down.
Before Amodei, Clark previously dated former Google CEO Eric Schmidt. She met Amodei in 2014 & introduced her ex boyfriend Schmidt to Amodei in 2018. Schmidt eventually ended up becoming an investor in Anthropic.
And Anthropic’s chatbot Claude has suspiciously obscured details of her marriage as well as Epstein links. Due to the WSJ report, she is now facing fresh scrutiny.
Jeffrey Epstein Case Latest News: Will Cami Clark Be Summoned?
The US Senate’s House Oversight Committee is currently conducting a probe into the life of the disgraced financier. So many are curious whether Clark will be summoned. She has not been named in the Epstein files or accused of any offence or crime, so the chances of her being summoned are low.
