On February 20, a Domino’s delivery man attempted to deliver several pizzas to Guthrie’s residence while cameras were rolling nearby where authorities condemned the action, saying that delivering food to a crime scene could contaminate the investigation and violate property rights. The Pima County Sheriff’s Department warned, “Do not order food to a crime scene and it will disrupt active police work.”
Riches has been live-streaming outside of Guthrie’s residence with catchy headlines such as “BREAKING – MANHUNT!!! NANCY GUTHRIE KIDNAPPING – LIVE.” However, the videos often show him sitting in his car or observing normal police operations. He has also pursued other leads such as an airlift at a hospital with a tow truck and that are not related to Guthrie’s disappearance.
