North Korea, Vietnam agree to cooperate on defence, other fields, KCNA says

SEOUL, Oct 11 (Reuters) – North Korea and Vietnam signed cooperation agreements in fields including their defence, foreign and health ministries, North Korean state media KCNA said on Saturday.
