Russia-Ukraine War Latest News: US President Donald Trump has distanced the White House from Russia’s intensifying attacks on Ukrainian civilian areas, saying Washington is “not directly involved” in the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine. The US president claimed that Russia and Ukraine were losing around 25,000 people every month, adding that most of those killed were soldiers.

Trump also criticised former President Joe Biden’s administration for providing military assistance to Ukraine during the war.
He claimed that the previous administration had supplied Kyiv with “$300 billion worth of ammunition”, arguing that the US had spent significant resources supporting Ukraine’s defence efforts.

During his remarks, Trump also said, “We want missiles too,” while discussing military resources and US defence needs.
