PARIS, Oct 8 (Reuters) – French nuclear operator EDF said on Wednesday it had received notice of a labour strike scheduled to begin late on October 8 and continue through October 9. Recent strikes have reduced power supply in France, although the effect has been limited as the country has remained a net electricity exporter during the industrial action.
