US-Israel-Iran War Latest News: Abbas Araghchi’s Response to US Threat
Abbas Araghchi, Iranian foreign minister and a top diplomat has warned that the final negotiations between his country and the US ‘will not commence’ if the US continues to make threats, citing part 13 of the Islamabad MoU which was signed last month.
“Iranians are unfamiliar with the language of threats. So speak to the Iranian people with respect, otherwise we will respond in another language”, Mohammed Baqer Zolkqadr Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council said in another response. He described Trump’s threats as ‘delusional’.

Donald Trump spoke to the American press before departing for the NATO summit in Ankara, Turkey said. He openly threatened Iran and said that the US would ‘either reach a new nuclear deal or finish the job’.
Trump then added that “We can knock down their bridges in one hour, we can knock out their energy supply…. They don’t have any money now. We haven’t given them any money”. He also stated that the US would prefer to make a deal, ‘because I don’t want to affect 91 million people’
Israeli Attacks in Lebanon Continue
Despite the signing of a trilateral framework agreement last month, Israeli aggression against Lebanon continues. Four casualties have been reported so far, according to the country’s state media. Meanwhile, Lebanese president Joseph Aoun shared that he is preparing to travel to the White House before the end of July to meet his American counterpart Donald Trump and progress the trilateral agreement.

Gaza has been ruled by the Hamas government for many years. But now, the militant group has announced that it is dissolving its government and transferring its power to a UN backed technical committee.
The National Committee for the Administration of Gaza, or NCAG, will likely take over for future governance but has been blocked from entering the city by Israel.
And Hamas confirmed the same stating “The movement remains fully committed to implementing all provisions of the Gaza ceasefire agreement until administration is fully transferred to the National Committee”. It also accused Israel of trying to create an ‘administrative vacuum’ by blocking the NCAG’s entry.
Khamenei’s Funeral Reaches Qom
The funeral procession of Iran’s late supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei is now in its fourth day and has reached the holy city of Qom. Thousands of attendees took to the streets to pay respects, with many chanting ‘Death to America’. Khamenei’s body will now lie in state at the Jamkaran Mosque for some time before the final burial.
