US-Israel-Iran War Latest News: Iran Says Crude Exports Continue Despite US Blockade
Iranian Petroleum Minister Mohsen Paknejad told the Iranian Students News Agency (ISNA) that the country’s oil industry has continued operating despite a US military blockade targeting Iranian ports and vessels.

“We are pursuing various strategies and have taken measures to overcome the blockade”, he said.
He also claimed that US forces had attacked Kharg Island in southwestern Iran “more than 550 times” during the first 40 days of the conflict. Before the war, Iran reportedly shipped about 90% of its crude exports through the island.
Paknejad said oil tankers continued to be loaded despite the attacks and claimed that the country’s crude exports had not stopped.
“Even under bombardment, our colleagues were loading oil tankers. The country’s crude oil exports were not interrupted, even for one hour,” he said.

At the same time, the latest developments suggest that diplomatic efforts may come with conditions. The United States has indicated that Iran would need to stop attacks before talks can move forward.
