New collection launched in style

FashionNew collection launched in style

A new collection was launched by designers Rimple and Harpreet Narula in association with The Gallery on MG and Dr Alka Nishar of Aza. The collection uses rich embroidery art from the sub continent using antique and modern fabrics.

“The collection draws heavily from a world of cultural influences depicting lots of drama with a surreal twist. Inspired by the rich heritage of our textile crafts, as well as traditional embroidery arts from all over the Indian sub-continent, the collection is an innovative artistic expression of our aesthetics as a brand.”, says Harpreet.

They showcased interesting new silhouettes for the new season that included dramatic floor length anarkalis worn with billowing tulle skirts, one piece lehengas and pre-draped sarees. Rich Kin Khwab brocades and lustrous silks together with scintillating zardozi and semi precious stones added to the majestic theme.

“The new collection is an endeavour to combine our passion for fine clothing with a refined aesthetic and functionality so as to offer something completely different and unique from what is already available to our consumer, something totally exclusive for the new summer season’, adds Rimple.

The launch was attended by socialites like Bela Madan, Kanchan Kapoor, Pooja Bhari, Sharmila Nath, Anju Yadav, and Nishi Singh to name a few.
