Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav has said that his government is going to explore all the opportunities in the tourism sector as this is one of the sectors that can create a large number of jobs if developed properly. Not just Agra, but the entire state has unlimited opportunities to attract a large number of tourists from all over the world. He stressed that the Samajwadi Party government is determined to create possibilities for the youth in this sector.     
Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav at the foundation stone laying ceremony for four new projects.  The chief minister expressed these thoughts at the groundbreaking ceremony for the Mughal Museum. The CM also announced the opening of the Taj orientation center, Agra street café, and Agra heritage museum. These projects will cost up to Rs 438 crore, according to officials. The chief minister also took the opportunity to talk about the Pravasi Diwas and expressed his joy at the outcome of the event. He said that the participating NRIs have been very generous and enthusiastic about this novel conclave. “The large numbers of participating delegates show the love that they harbour for their home state. They have gathered from all over the world today in Agra; this shows their wish to be a part of developing Uttar Pradesh,” he said. Talking about education, Yadav said that the Samajwadi Party government has provided 15 lakh students from the rural areas with laptops to help them in their studies. He also said that the state government is trying its best to create jobs for the youth. Talking about healthcare, he said that the “108” and “102” healthcare and ambulance helplines have been serving people from the rural areas efficiently since they were launched. Yadav also said that the state government always keeps in mind students, farmers and the old citizens while planning new schemes. 
The Mughal Museum (costing Rs 141.89 crore) and a orientation centre (Rs 231.85 crore) will come up at Taj’s eastern gate road, while the Agra street cafe (Rs 35 crore) on Fatehabad road and Agra Heritage Centre (Rs 30 crore) on MG road.Apart from artefacts and objects of heritage value, the museum will have facilities like auditorium, audio/video gallery, among others. The government also wants to develop the Agra street cafe on the lines of a shopping complex in France, and it will offer multi-cuisine restaurants, food stalls, coffee shops, pavilion and furniture shops, among other attractions. The heritage centre will promote art, culture, education and tourism. It will have auditorium, art and craft centre, library cum reading room, yoga and wellness centre, hostel, office and residential blocks.
