Vietnam

The first country on our list is Vietnam, which permits visa on arrival for Indian passport holders only if they enter the country by air. A 30-day visa is made available for a low fee of $50. Vietnam, located in both a tropical and a temperate zone is known for its strong monsoon influences, but has a considerable amount of sun and high humidity. With major tourist attractions like  Sa Pa District, Ha Long City, Ha Noi, Hue City, Da Nang City, Da Lat City and Da Lat Cityamong others, Vietnam is a must-visit for all wanderbugs.

Jordan

For $1000 one can avail a visa on arrival in Jordan, which will be valid for up to 14 days. With a valid Indian passport and a payment of $25, you can get a visa on arrival in Sri Lanka for a stay of up to 30 days. The tropical island nation of Sri Lanka cherishes a history deep-rooted in our mythology.  Few places in the world can offer the traveller such a remarkable combination of stunning landscapes, pristine beaches, captivating cultural heritage and unique experiences within such a compact location.  Within a mere area of  65,610 kilometres lie eight UNESCO World Heritage sites, 1,330 kilometres of coastline — much of it home to some pristine beaches — 15 national parks showcasing an abundance of wildlife, nearly 500,000 acres of lush tea estates, 250 acres of botanical gardens, 350 waterfalls, 25,000 water bodies, to a culture that extends back to over 2,500 years.

Madagascar

Madagascar, as made famous by the hit animated movie of four animals running into the wild from the New York Zoo, is everything the movie promises. This holiday destination gives a free visa on arrival for a stay of up to 30 days. Short stay visas of 60 days and 90 days can also be obtained by paying a fee of 70 Euros and 100 Euros respectively. Madagascar has been a stopover for a lot of migrating tribes in history.  Madagascar is also home to thousands of animal species, such as lemurs, found nowhere else, plus rainforests, beaches and reefs — making it the perfect desitnation for nature lovers.
