Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) has started its online admissions for 2018-19 academic sessions for 186 courses from 2 February.  The admission forms and e-prospectus are available on JMI’s website. The process will end on 7 March.

The last date for submitting qualifying exam results by the candidates is 15 September, 2018. The university will start issuing admit cards for the entrance tests from 8 April to 13 April. Last year, the university had consolidated the admission data on a new portal handled by the controller of examinations.

The university, which had started a Sanskrit department last year, has also introduced six new courses for the current session.

The newly-approved courses with a total intake of 190 students include MA in International Relations (West Asian studies), Masters in Tourism and Travel Management (MTTM) and LLM (Executive).

Other new courses being introduced are Diploma in Pharmacy (Unani), Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM), Bachelor of Tourism and Travel Management (BTTM).

Meanwhile, the DU is also working on the admission process for the current academic session and is likely to start its online admission process from the first week of March.
