Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the preparations for Mahakumbh 2025 have garnered immense praise from saints and seers. On the auspicious occasion of Makar Sankranti, they participated in the Amrit Snan on Tuesday, commending the government’s exceptional efforts in organizing the grand event. The saints expressed their gratitude for the meticulous arrangements, which ensured a clean, safe, and majestic Mahakumbh, coinciding with a rare celestial alignment occurring after 144 years.
The seamless crowd management and comprehensive planning to accommodate millions of devotees have received widespread appreciation from the religious community, who lauded the government for this extraordinary achievement.
Jagadguru Swami Rambhadracharya remarked, “The arrangements made by the government for Mahakumbh 2025 are truly commendable. I am highly impressed by the efficient management, even with such a massive gathering. The government deserves immense appreciation for this effort.”
Swami Chidanand Saraswati, the spiritual leader of Parmarth Niketan Ashram, Rishikesh, stated, “This Mahakumbh is a celebration of Sanatan Dharma, a festival of immortality and eternal truth. The ghats are filled with devotees, symbolizing unity in diversity. Millions are here, and millions more continue to arrive. I invite everyone to experience this Mahakumbh. From the banks of the Sangam, the message is clear: the confluence of Sanatan Dharma will flow eternally, just like the sacred Ganga. The sun’s transition to Uttarayan marks a time for transformation. With changes in direction and mindset, the nation is evolving under the dynamic leadership of Modi and Yogi. The youth are particularly enthusiastic, and the devotion is palpable as Akharas proceed for the Amrit Snan, with devotees joyfully gathering flowers as an expression of faith.
