In a move to enhance accessibility for the Taigun and Virtus vehicles, along with its global bestseller Tiguan, in the Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets, Volkswagen Passenger Cars India has enhanced its network in Chhattisgarh with the inauguration of two new touchpoints in Bhilai and Bilaspur.


With the newly inaugurated touchpoints, Volkswagen now holds a network strength of three sales and two service touchpoints in the region. The expansion is aimed at enhancing penetration of the German-engineered vehicles for customers in Chhattisgarh. The new dealerships have a combined workforce of 21 sales and service professionals that are dedicated to delivering superior ownership experiences for customers. With customer preferences across Central India evolving with an increased focus on safety, robust designs and premium mobility solutions, the company is witnessing a steady growth in the region and will step up offers of car models for a stronger presence in the region, says Ashish Gupta, Brand Director of Volkswagen Passenger Cars India.
The touchpoints in Bilaspur and Bhilai will showcase India’s safest product portfolio which includes the 5-star GNCAP-rated Volkswagen Virtus and Taigun and its flagship SUVW, Volkswagen Tiguan.
