Enhance hair beauty with hair packs

LifestyleEnhance hair beauty with hair packs

The most important aspect of enhancing your hair›s beauty is to pay attention to your diet. It should contain adequate protein, vitamins, and minerals like iron and zinc. Vitamin B7, known as biotin, is very important for hair growth. It is available in eggs, fish, liver, whole grains, nuts and seeds, avocado, yoghurt, and cottage cheese. Have a small bowl of sprouts every day. It contains amino acids, which promote healthy hair growth. The hair is fed by the nutrients in the blood stream. That is why the diet is so important.
A pack made with natural ingredients can be a total treatment for the hair. It is a way of providing extra care to the hair to maintain or restore its health. It nourishes the hair and helps to keep it in good condition. Natural ingredients actually coat each strand of hair, unlike chemical lotions, which penetrate the hair and change its texture and structure. This actually damages the hair. Hair packs help to restore the damage and add strength to weakened hair, improving the texture of the hair and making it softer and smoother.
Hair packs may contain a number of ingredients mixed into a paste and then applied. It is then left on for about 30 minutes to an hour. A plastic shower cap may be worn over the hair, which is said to allow better absorption. It is then washed off. Hair packs not only beautify the hair but also restore health to the scalp, controlling hair problems and promoting healthy hair growth. They certainly help to improve the look of the hair, softening it and making it shiny. Hair packs are part of hair treatments at salons and spas.

Here are some hair packs, according to individual needs:
For very dry and damaged hair, mix an egg, one tablespoon coconut oil, lemon juice, and one teaspoon pure glycerin together. Mix it well and apply it to the hair. Wear a plastic shower cap and wash the hair after an hour.
For scalp infections and dandruff, soak fenugreek (methi) seeds overnight in water. Grind them into a paste and apply it to the scalp. Leave it for half an hour, and after that, wash it off with water. Or, strain the seeds and use only the water to rinse the hair.
For bouncy hair, henna packs help to add shine and bounce to the hair. For oily, dandruff-prone hair, add 4 teaspoons each of lemon juice and coffee, 2 raw eggs, and enough «tea water» to the henna powder, mixing it into a thick paste. To make tea water, boil the used tea leaves again in enough water. After boiling, you should have about 4 to 5 cups of teawater. Cool, strain, and add to the henna paste. Apply the henna to the hair and wash it off after an hour with plain water. If you do not wish to use eggs, add more tea water.
To nourish dry hair, take ripe bananas, add 2 eggs, and add lemon juice. Mix it well and apply it to the hair. Keep it for 30 minutes, and then wash the hair with water.
For oily hair: Take 3 tablespoons of shikakai powder; add multani mitti or besan; and an egg or a little curd. This pack cleanses and nourishes, softening the hair and adding lustre. Apply it to the hair and wash it off after 30 minutes.
Aloe vera gel can also be applied to the hair to soften and add shine. Keep on for 30 minutes and wash off.
