New Delhi: A 21-member delegation from 10 countries visited various Akhadas in the Sangam region on Thursday during the ongoing Mahakumbh and participated in the holy dip at the Triveni Sangam. The visitors gained a deeper understanding of the religious significance of the Kumbh Mela while experiencing the vibrant elements of Indian culture.
After their sacred dip, the delegation toured the vast Mahakumbh area, marveling at the immense scale and meticulous organization of the event. They commended the Uttar Pradesh government for the exemplary arrangements made for the world’s largest religious gathering. The delegates highlighted that the Mahakumbh conveys a powerful message of unity to the world and encouraged people globally to visit Mahakumbh Nagar to witness and appreciate Indian culture.

This visit showcased the harmony between people of different cultural backgrounds, with representatives from Fiji, Finland, Guyana, Malaysia, Mauritius, Singapore, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Trinidad and Tobago, and the UAE.
