In the coming few months, the world of technology is likely to see some of the biggest and most-anticipated releases of the year. There’s something new lined up for launch in almost every segments of the tech industry — from smartphones to high-performance laptops, from videogames to top-notch wearables. Guardian 20 presents a roundup of the most promising of these products that are now in the pipeline.

MSI: MSI has launched a range of VR-ready Nvidia-powered gaming laptops. MSI has introduced its latest GeForce GTX 1060, GeForce GTX 1070, and GeForce GTX 1080 graphic cards for its GT series, GS series and GE series of laptops respectively. The new MSI laptop lineup is VR-ready. The MSI series of laptop comes with the new cooling technologies-cooler booster 4 technology for cooling GeForce GTX 1070 GPU alongside the Intel Core i7-6700HQ.

The GT83VR Titan SLI laptop features an 18.4-inch 1920×1080 pixel IPS display and has a SteelSeries keyboard with Cherry MX switches.

The GT72VR features 17.3 inch full HD IPS 120Hz /5ms display and it also offers Audio Boost 2 enhanced sound system.

Huawei: In the smartphone series, China based company Huawei is all set to launch its flagship in India. Huawei P9 which unveiled is April, is out on Flipkart at price Rs 39,999.  The Huawei P9 features 3GB RAM AND 32 GB storage variant. The mobile set also features a dual rear camera setup. The selfie camera comes with the 8 megapixel.

Huawei P9 sports Android 6.0 Marshmallow and run on Hi-Silicon Kirin 955 octa-core processor. Smartphone offers expandable storage via MicroSD card upto 128 GB. It also offers 4G LITE and USB Type-C connectivity support.

Metal Gear: For all the gaming fanatics, Metal Gear has unveiled its first gaming series-Metal Gear Survive. Metal Gear put gamers into the soldier’s role to fight against zombies. The Metal Gear Survive is a four player co-op play Metal Gear Survive will be out on PC, PS4, and XBOX ONE by next year.

Survive will be using the same FOX engine that were installed in Metal Gear Solid V.

Apple: Apple iPhone 7 is the much talked about upcoming Apple product. Apple is looking forward to its next flagship Smartphone in 2016 itself. iPhone 7 will come with iOS 10.  iPhone 7 will feature Upgraded Apple A10 chipset processor, waterproof technology and reversible USB charger.

iPhone will also sport 4.7-inch, 5.5-inch, and 6-inch variant and will be the first ever phone to be out with the concept of e-SIM. iPhone 7 will be also the first ever slimmest phone ever created.

Apple iPhone is expected to be out at the price of Rs 61,454.

Samsung: Samsung is soon launching a new era of Smartphone’s. Samsung Galaxy X will be coming with foldable technology. The device will be powered with 6GB RAM. Samsung Galaxy X will be packed with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 830 processor and 4,000mAh battery, dual rare cameras and Iris scanner.

The device also features 5.5 to 5.7inch QHD Super AMOLED foldable display and is dust and water resistance. The Samsung Galaxy X also comes with 256GB internal storage with MicroSD card.

HTC: HTC upcoming series, HTC Sailfish is the most advanced technology Smartphone this year. The major specification of the Smartphone will be latest Snapdragon 820 Processor. HTC Sailfish sports 4GB RAM, 32GB Storage, 12MP rear camera and 8MP front camera.

The HTC Sailfish also comes with 5″ 1080p display, rear fingerprint scanner and USB-C port. Intrestingly it also comes with bottom speakers.
