To empower students from Delhi Government Schools, the Directorate of Education (DoE), Government of NCT of Delhi, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with BIG Institute to offer free online coaching for NEET and CUET to 1.63 lakh government school students. It is a joint initiative of NSDC International, the Ministry of Skills, Government of India, and Physics Wallah Limited. The MoU was officially signed in the presence of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Delhi, Rekha Gupta, and Delhi Education Minister, Ashish Sood, at the Vidhan Sabha premises.

While addressing the gathering post the signing ceremony, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta emphasized the significance of this MoU in providing a 30-day free online coaching program exclusively for DoE students. This initiative aims to prepare them for NEET-2025 and CUET (UG)-2025, facilitating their admission into medical colleges and central universities. She stated that this effort will benefit approximately 1,63,000 students from Delhi government schools, significantly increasing their chances of qualifying for these prestigious entrance exams. She further reiterated that with the right support, a greater number of students will now be able to pursue their aspirations of becoming doctors or securing placements in top universities.

Highlighting the importance of this initiative, Delhi’s Education Minister, Ashish Sood, remarked, “This milestone project has been successfully executed under the esteemed guidance of Hon’ble CM Rekha Gupta. The Delhi Government, through this MoU with BIG, Institute that will offer a free 30-day online crash course comprising 180 hours of learning, with six hours of coaching per day, for aspirants of NEET-2025 and CUET (UG)-2025.” He further added that the government remains resolute in its mission to shape a promising future for students by ensuring their maximum participation in this endeavor. This noble initiative, offered free of cost, will empower students with essential academic support, substantially increasing their probability of securing admission into premier medical and central universities.

As part of this program, students will undergo intensive online coaching for six hours daily from April 2 to May 2, 2025. The syllabus will comprehensively cover Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, General Aptitude, and English. Additionally, the course will provide well-structured PDF notes for revision, regular scheduled tests to assess progress, and a dedicated doubt resolution system to ensure continuous academic assistance.

This initiative is a transformative step for students from underserved backgrounds, ensuring that financial limitations do not impede their academic and career ambitions. The Government of NCT of Delhi remains steadfast in its dedication to enhancing educational opportunities and will continue implementing measures to support students in achieving higher education and professional success.
